    About the role

     

    As a Transportation Program Analyst, you will administer day-to-day operations of a workplace transportation program, including general and specialized auto parking, worksite circulation, fleet management, and commuter programming. Embedded at our client’s site, you will be part of a team, collaborating to deliver a range of transportation options that connect people and worksites while reducing single occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips and the use of fossil-fuels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, organized, and detail oriented.

    What you’ll do

    + Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of assigned programs.

    + Drive performance, changes, and KPIs through management and selection of key vendors.

    + Manage budget of assigned programs; developing forecasts and ensuring expense invoices are accurate and timely.

    + Communicate program functions, changes, and interruptions to employee base through web-based posts, face-to-face interactions, and email.

    + Support events with outreach and education.

    + Data collection and synthesis, leading to program improvements.

    + Plan program changes, as driven by the data, user feedback, and business needs. Create documents to support proposed changes. Present said documents to key stakeholders, including leadership.

    + Solicit employee feedback and implement improvements when applicable.

    + Monitor and manage team communications.

    + Development of new projects and programs, including research, stakeholder consultation, cost-estimation, execution, and performance evaluation.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

    + Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize among competing demands.

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to diverse stakeholders and leadership.

    + 1 year of program management

    + 1 year of budget management

    + 1 year vendor management
