    Buchanan County Health Center (Independence, IA)


    + GENERAL DESCRIPTION

    + The Maintenance personnel perform routine and preventive maintenance in the repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment within Buchanan County Medical Health Center facility locations. Due to on-call work schedule, this position requires personnel to reside within a 30 minute commute time from the facility.

    + EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    + Must hold or be able to acquire a valid driver’s license and meet organizational insurability standards.

    + WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    + Three to four years experience preferred but not required either in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair.

    + General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
