    + GENERAL DESCRIPTION

    + The Facilities Assistant supports the operational, regulatory, and administrative functions of the Facilities Department at BCHC. This role ensures accurate documentation, coordination with vendors, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Assistant plays a key role in maintaining facilities operations.

    + EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

    + + High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    + Must hold or be able to acquire a valid driver’s license and meet organizational insurability standards.

    + WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    + + Two to four years’ experience preferred.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors.
