    Applied Research Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technical solutions for our customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical solution projects.

    + Track project progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans when necessary, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

    + Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

    + Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.

    + Support resource allocation and budget tracking for assigned projects.

    + Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical goals.

    + Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements.

    + Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and integration reliability.

    Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

    + Must be a US citizen

    + 2-3+ years of experience in project management or related roles

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

    + Must have or be willing to attain a TS/SCI Clearance

    + Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

    + Strong organizational and time management skill.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Gitlab)

    + Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

    + Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP)

    + Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools
