Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Staff Analyst (Level 3)** to join the **BCA Production System & Operational Excellence** organization in **Everett, WA.

This position will play a central role in supporting company-level initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). This person will produce executive-ready presentations and communications, participate in strategic and organizational discussions, and translate decisions into clear execution plans. Success requires the ability to lead cross-functional conversations, influence stakeholders, and integrate work across BCA. The role will split time between supporting the VP and senior leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Develop polished, data-driven presentation materials, briefings, and communications for executive audiences.

+ Partner with leaders across functions to define problems, frame strategic options, and recommend pragmatic solutions.

+ Facilitate and lead meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

+ Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success.

+ Track program status, risks, and dependencies; proactively surface issues and propose mitigations.

+ Synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points.

+ Support preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required.

+ Build and maintain relationships across BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

+ 3+ years’ experience working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and/or production environment

+ 3+ years’ ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions

+ 3+ years’ of experience in MS PowerPoint

+ 3+ years’ of creating executive level presentations

+ 3+ years’ experience of synthesizing information and creating a report

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 5+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution.

Compensation:

Summary pay range (Level 3): $88,000 - $103,000
