General Production Associate – La Porte, TX (Second Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused **General Production Associate** to join our team in La Porte, TX. This role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining quality standards in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

+ Load fiber drums into trailers (up to 50 lbs) and handle materials as required.

+ Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional.

+ Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.

+ Conduct visual inspections to maintain product quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.

+ Follow all workplace rules, procedures, and supervisor directives.

+ Complete assigned operational tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

+ Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

Shift Details:

+ **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, **1:30 PM – 9:30 PM**

+ **Hourly rate $19.33**

+ **Overtime:** Offered as needed
