Build a culture of quality that empowers teams and improves care at every level. The Quality Improvement Manager provides oversight and leadership on agency-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives - encompassing both clinical and non-clinical functions.
Salary: $104,200-$121,955, depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:
+ Implements the Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program in alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic goals, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards.
+ Develops and delivers ongoing training to equip staff with the knowledge and tools needed for continuous improvement; leads, coaches, and supports teams in rapid-cycle improvement.
+ Analyzes, updates, and enhances standard operating procedures and workflows to drive efficiency, service excellence, safety, and consistency.
+ Ensures leadership and the Board of Directors stay informed on quality improvement initiatives, project status, and organizational performance.
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in HealthCare, Nursing, Health Administration or equivalent experience
+ Technical Skills/Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
+ 1+ years of quality improvement experience
+ 1+ years managed care experience
+ Knowledge of AAAHC and NCQA standards
+ Medicaid and Medicare experience
+ 1-2 years management/leadership experience
