+ Expand your professional network, engage with senior leadership, and have a measurable impact on the future direction of the practice, including improvements to our business, talent, and operating models.
Key skills and attributes you will leverage in this role:
+ Excellent written and presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated project management experience, with strong attention to detail.
+ Comfort with shifting between strategic oversight and hands-on delivery as the situation demands.
+ Strong adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving situations.
+ Ability to synthesize disparate information and present succinct, actionable insights for leadership.
+ Interest in emerging topics (e.g., AI) and willingness to engage in complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide recommendations for strategic action, supported by clear and concise communication.
+ Develop action plans based on strategic recommendations.
+ Support business case development to assess the potential and feasibility of new opportunities, defining connections, actions, and required investments.
+ Collaborate with Audit & Assurance and market offering leaders to assess portfolio risks and opportunities, set sensing priorities, and derive insights.
+ Synthesize data and apply technical acumen to distill key findings for A&A leadership.
+ Prioritize and organize tasks and projects to achieve milestones and deliver high-quality outputs.
+ Manage multiple projects at once, balancing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsRequired:
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Accounting or related field) preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
+ One of the following certifications: CPA (in office state), CFA, CRISC, PMP or other related certification.
+ Proficiency in financial and data analysis.
+ Deep technical knowledge of GAAP and Audit & Assurance methodologies and services.
+ You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
+ You should expect to co-locate with team members or other colleagues in a Deloitte office, at a client site and/or virtually, based on specific team and business expectations.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients served.
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
