    Position SummaryThe Sanitation Associate is responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

     

    + Maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility

    + Follow instructions and complete required task in a timely manner

    + Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all personnel

    + Ability to accurately complete all required documentation

    + Other duties as requested by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Plant Manager

    Required Skills and Experience

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + Excellent communicative skills

    + Teamwork and collaboration

    + Passion for accuracy and legible handwriting

    + Completely trustworthy and reliable

    + Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    + Pass a post offer drug screen and background check

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    + Experience working in refrigerated environments

    + High School diploma or GED

    Physical Requirements

    + Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms

    + Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen

    + Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch

    + Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

    + Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

    + Able to perform repetitive movements

    + Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
