    Description

    Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and software engineering teams or external system providers.

     

    Gather, define, and validate business requirements, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered in alignment with organizational needs.

     

    Oversee the quality of deliverables to guarantee that business objectives and expectations are met.

     

    Provide ongoing support to business teams, addressing issues and facilitating smooth operations.

     

    Maintain continuity by creating comprehensive documentation, delivering training sessions, and sharing knowledge with both business users and IT colleagues

    Requirements

    Experience: 2–3 years in a utility or commodity trading environment, ideally with exposure to energy markets.

     

    Technical Skills: Strong interest in IT and technology, with hands-on experience in software engineering and application management.

     

    Core Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

     

    Methodologies: Familiarity with Project Management, DevOps practices, Agile delivery frameworks, and requirements engineering is a plus.

     

    Domain Knowledge: Understanding of front-to-back system flows and trade lifecycles, including physical and derivative instruments, associated risks, and P& L metrics.

     

    Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, technology, or engineering discipline.

    Languages: Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage
