    Description

    Accounts Payable Specialist:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate contract-to-permanent position due to a recent team resignation. This role is onsite, with the possibility of hybrid work after conversion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review and accurately enter invoices into Yardi Receive, upload, review, and code vendor and property invoices

    + Process expense reports and print checks

    + Manage weekly AP transaction volume (approximately 100–200)

    + Post cash receipts and other payments

    + Assist the accounting team with miscellaneous tasks as needed

    Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous Accounts Payable experience

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable

    + Comfortable working with diverse personalities and proactively asking questions for clarity and approvals

    + Experience with Yardi software preferred, but not required

    + Property management experience is a plus

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility)

    Location:

    Onsite (potential for hybrid work arrangement after permanent)

     

    Pay Range: $28–$35 per hour
