We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, excels at communication, and can juggle multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

What You’ll Do

+ Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities

+ Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; update documentation and status reports

+ Organize and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas and recording action items

+ Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

+ Assist with project budgeting, procurement requests, and resource allocation

+ Maintain project documentation, files, and communications for accuracy and consistency

+ Identify risks, delays, or gaps and proactively flag them to project leadership

+ Contribute to continuous process improvements, workflow optimization, and team efficiency

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, operations, or administration

+ Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management platforms

+ Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

+ Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced settings

+ A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice-to-Haves

+ Experience supporting IT, engineering, or business operations projects

+ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies

+ Project Management coursework or certifications (CAPM, PMP, etc.)
