    Pay Range:

    + Apprentice: $25/hr

    + Mechanic Level 1: $28/hr

    + Mechanic Level 2: $31/hr

    + Mechanic Level 3: $33–$47/hr

    + **Annual Salary:** $52,000 – $97,500

    Job Description

    We’re hiring Maintenance Mechanics of all levels to join a growing team in a clean, modern corrugated box manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems to keep production running efficiently. Electrical experience is a plus, but we’re also open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow. Expect heavy overtime (10–12 hour days) until the team is fully built out.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment

    + Maintain and service conveyor systems, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

    + Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards

    + Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and optimize production

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical experience with pumps, pneumatics, conveyors

    + Electrical knowledge (120–480V systems, PLC troubleshooting) is a plus

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
