Job Title: Lead Generator / Canvasser - HVAC Company

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lead Generator/Canvasser to join our team and help expand our HVAC business. In this role, you will engage with potential customers both in person and over the phone, sharing information about our systems and services, and setting qualified appointments for our sales representatives. Responsibilities

+ Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods to promote HVAC services.

+ Make outbound cold and warm calls to residential and commercial prospects.

+ Generate and qualify leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team.

+ Maintain accurate records of all leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.

+ Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals.

Essential Skills

+ Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.

+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

+ Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

+ Organized and detail-oriented, with basic computer proficiency and CRM experience.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the HVAC and home services industry is a plus.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

+ Ability to manage customer relations and perform warm calling.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required during peak seasons. Employees will be provided with a company phone and a company vehicle upon completion of the 90-day probationary period.

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
