    Job Title: General Production Worker

    **Location:** Coeur d’Alene, ID **| Pay:** $18 – $19/hr | **Start** : Immediate

    Job Description

    + As a General Production Worker, you will play a key role in operating plastic injection molding presses and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

    + You’ll be responsible for finishing and trimming parts, performing inspections, packaging, and assembling products using electric screwdrivers.

    + This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and consistency are valued.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate plastic injection molding presses and remove finished parts

    + Finish, trim, clip, and deburr edges to meet quality standards

    + Verify parts meet specifications and perform cosmetic inspections

    + Assemble final products using electric screwdrivers and hand tools

    + Label, package, and box products for shipment

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing experince preferred

    + Experience with basic hand tools is a plus

    + Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

    + Ability to handle general labor and machine operation

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur d'Alene, ID.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
