• Child Care Group Leader (Mornings)

    This position exists in our Prime Time morning child care program. The hours are 6:30 am - 8:25 am. This person will:

     

    + Assist the Site Coordinator in planning and preparing a creative learning environment.

    + Help with general housekeeping tasks; i.e., snack preparation, clean up, etc.

    + Willingness to carry out duties deemed necessary by the Site Coordinator.

    + Attendance at all staff meetings and scheduled training sessions.

    + General supervision of the children.

    Job Qualifications

    + Must be a High School graduate or have possession of an Equivalency diploma.

    + One year experience working with children in an educational and/or recreational field.

    + CPR Certification or willingness to obtain the same.

    + Must have ability to maintain discipline, have good judgment, and flexibility.

    + Ability to plan and implement creative, child centered activities.
