    Job Title: Human Resource AdministratorJob Description

     

    The Human Resource Administrator plays a vital role in handling a significant volume of data transactions for North America and Canada. This position involves assisting employees and HR team members through phone, ServiceNow cases, or email, addressing inquiries regarding policies and procedures, and helping to resolve or escalate complex issues. The Administrator is responsible for day-to-day interactions within the HR Shared Service Center (HRSC), ensuring accurate and prompt support that meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Responsibilities

    + Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries received by telephone or the case management system from employees, supervisors, and HR colleagues regarding HR or payroll policies and processes.

    + Address routine questions about company policies, benefits plans, leave policies, payroll, and general HR procedures through phone calls and the case management system.

    + Distribute standard HR forms, educate on company guidelines, and provide basic information on employee rights and responsibilities.

    + Provide guidance and support with benefit enrollment and ensure all appropriate paperwork and information are received. Support employees with password resets, walking through provider tools, and assisting with technical issues where able.

    + Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and other departments to resolve questions and processing issues.

    + Identify complex issues requiring investigation or specialist support and route them to the appropriate HRSC department.

    + Provide support and educate employees on the use of systems such as SuccessFactors (myHR), Employee Self Service, Emp Center, EZ Labor, Workforce, or third-party resources including Equifax.

    + Maintain effective and accurate information received into the HRSC via the case management/call tracking system.

    + Manage and maintain employee files in both electronic and physical hard copy formats.

    + Deliver exceptional customer service to employees from a diverse organization seeking additional information relevant to HR services, or redirecting as appropriate.

    + Achieve a good understanding of HR policies and procedures to make administrative and procedural recommendations and exercise judgment on sensitive issues in alignment with corporate policy and regulations.

    + Support the ongoing development and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Service Center by participating in activities such as the review and update of process documentation and team ways of working.

    + Ensure work is managed effectively and efficiently through company systems, demonstrating adaptability and support for new or changing technologies.

    + Safeguard employee privacy, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SAP or SuccessFactors, and HR Master Data Experience.

    + Experience with Canadian and/or US HR data, business rules, and legislative requirements.

    + Understanding of State/Province pay regulations.

    + Experience utilizing case management systems; ServiceNow is an asset.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to write clearly and succinctly in various communication settings and styles.

    + Customer-centric orientation with an understanding of customer behaviors, desires, and feedback.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and respond to employee inquiries by telephone or email.

    + Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong results and goal orientation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent.

    + 1 year of HR Support Services-Administrative experience preferred or similar work experience.

    + SharePoint knowledge or HR Intranet understanding.

    + Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members.

    + Willingness to continuously improve performance through continuous learning and self-development.

    + Ability to be flexible in terms of working schedule, with potential requirements for overtime or weekend work during peak activity periods.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working in an office setting five days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm. The environment is fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and team-based, within an open-plan corporate office.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
