The Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll serve as the primary HR resource for a dynamic team of 170 employees across multiple states. This position offers a unique blend of operational and strategic responsibilities, with approximately 70% payroll-focused (ADP) and 30% HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADP
+ Support core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
+ Assist with union audits and ensure compliance with labor agreements
+ Lead open enrollment and benefits audits
+ Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely communication
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 3+ years of payroll experience in ADP
+ Experience with multi-state payroll and union environments (preferred)
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
