Job Description
The Sr. Rebate Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support primarily to the Finance, Sales, National Accounts & Commercial Contracting and Analysis groups and assigned Primary GPO, National Account, and Managed Care customers. This includes contract sales analysis and reporting, rebates and administrative fee analysis and payments, contract and compliance analysis, special rebate programs, and additional analytical support as required. They will maintain accurate records, communicate with internal and external customers, and make data available to interested parties.
Responsibilities
+ Provide ad hoc reports to management regarding GPO, IHN, and National Account customers as required.
+ Administer, track, calculate, and process rebate payments, administrative fees, and compliance program payments to key national GPO customers, distributors, and assigned National Accounts within the Model N system. Review payments for completeness and accuracy. Enter rebate programs into Model N. Run and provide printed and electronic fee and rebate reports for customers including custom customer reports or ad hoc reports.
+ Perform trend analysis on payment packages paid over prior contract periods and sales history. Review, approve, and implement new rebate programs and amendments within Model N.
+ Analyze and reconcile any deductions related to assigned accounts in SAP, resulting in credit or recovery of payback. Perform daily reconciliation of rebate payments to ensure accurate payment to wholesalers and/or GPO.
+ Administer, calculate, track, and process Oncology Rebate Programs for key oncology distributor customers.
+ Interact with IT to create, design, redesign, and improve standard management sales reports. Manage the IT ticket and project request database for the team.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Model N system. Assist in training, problem-solving, and providing department expertise on the Model N system.
+ Work with customers, wholesalers, and functional groups to process contract eligibility according to company and department SOPs and procedures, including class of trade review.
+ Review and analyze memberships and contract eligibility for various GPOs as required.
+ Provide administrative support for contracts, including updating and maintaining contract files. Work with both internal and external auditors to provide contract documentation and information as requested and required.
+ File all contract documents according to department and company SOPs. Prepare contract files for Records Retention.
+ Partner with IQVIA to calculate and process all managed care rebate payments, administrative fees, and compliance program payments.
+ Work Environment
The position operates from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The work structure is open, with seating arrangements near the team, which consists of 7 people. The environment is collaborative, focusing on enhancing the safety, affordability, and accessibility of healthcare.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
