Job Description:
Solutions Lab is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for our customers. This role is critical in optimizing orders, driving efficiency, and minimizing waste throughout the End-to-End Order to Cash process.
You will manage customer interactions via phone and email, support order fulfillment, and handle return requests with precision and professionalism. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two remote, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Pay: $27.55/hr
Schedule: Hybrid - In Office Tuesday - Thursday, 6am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
+ Receive and submit customer orders.
+ Monitor open orders and resolve demand capture failures within SLA.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blocked orders and delivery issues.
+ Optimize orders for logistical efficiency.
+ Communicate with customers regarding stock issues and delivery delays.
+ Serve as the principal contact for return requests and assess compliance with Market Return Policy.
+ Coordinate product returns, donations, or destruction as needed.
+ Ensure accurate documentation and pricing for refusals and billing.
+ Analyze refusal trends and propose mitigation strategies.

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
+ Professional customer service skills, including handling difficult interactions.
+ Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and internet applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of customer service experience (retail experience acceptable).
+ Tech-savvy and adaptable to change.
+ Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
+ Experience in Order Management, Distribution, Inventory, Transportation, or Planning.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects is a plus.
Work Environment:
You’ll be part of a customer service team of 8, working off a queue and managing a shared inbox for customer inquiries. Occasional support for field partners or sales teams may be required. A two-week training period will prepare you to hit the ground running.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.55 - $27.55/hr.
