Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our team lends their voice to the future of communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This position will lead efforts to drive onsite engagement and conversion on www.dish.com and www.sling.com . In this role, you will work directly with various departments across to develop acquisition strategies, analyze performance, and optimize to drive sales. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide strategic ecommerce guidance on marketing projects that support new customer acquisition activities on Sling.com and Dish.com

+ Develop a site merchandising calendar in collaboration with the Strategy team

+ Create and maintain site experiences in collaboration with brand and design teams inclusive of landing pages, personalization and promotions

+ Proactively create, monitor and share reporting to identify opportunities to improve the performance of site experiences and marketing campaigns

+ Partner with experimentation and personalization groups to test and scale site improvements

+ Work with customer insights and analytics teams to understand consumer pain points

+ Provide input to product and UX site enhancements to improve site capabilities

+ Use best practices, industry insights and competitive reviews to identify opportunities for conversion improvement

+ Act as the voice of the customer to assess and provide feedback on media to site journeys

+ Effectively manage collaborative work with cross functional partners including marketing, media, product and IT

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, site merchandising or ecommerce

+ Experience in both leading and implementation of successful website campaigns

+ Experience with Adobe (Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics, etc) or similar platforms strongly preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Understanding of web development, web design and content best practices

+ Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metrics

+ Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize projects

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with cross functional teams

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
