Join J.P. Morgan as a dynamic Associate within the Cash Operations Transformation team. Drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of payments operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Define and document business requirements for new product development.

+ Articulate process flows, including customer interactions and operations intervention.

+ Address functional and non-functional requirements, covering product features, operational needs, regulatory compliance, and scalability.

+ Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives.

+ Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state.

+ Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing.

+ Track initiative progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with partners for resolution.

+ Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts.

+ Conduct defect analysis, prioritize issues, and explore alternative solutions.

+ Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.

+ Support change management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Seasoned experience in Banking.

+ Strong understanding of Payments and Operations.

+ Proficient in Agile methodology and project management.

+ Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Adept at multi-tasking and balancing priorities.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical thought process.

+ Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills.

+ Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area.

+ Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities.

+ Experienced in product deployment processes.
