As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms, you are an integral part of a team dedicated to developing high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platform products. You play a crucial role in promoting significant business impact and shaping the target state architecture through your expertise in multiple architecture domains. This team will you work on Acquisition & Enablement Platforms that empower experience teams to autonomously design, implement, and enhance customer acquisition journeys
Job responsibilities
+ Ensure responsibility for the end-to-end architecture
+ Oversee the rationalization of assets owned or used by the product to optimize performance, cost, and resource utilization.
+ Define the target state architecture of the product and drive the achievement of the strategic goals.
+ Lay out the architectural runway and develop a technical roadmap to achieve the target state in incremental steps.
+ Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture standards and guidance, maintaining consistency and compliance across the product architecture.
+ Address data concerns and non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability, within the architectural plans.
+ Assess the changing needs of the business and its customers to identify the right architecture and technology solutions that support the product.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
+ Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the product architecture to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
+ Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Experience in designing end-to-end architecture for systems using Spring Boot/Java microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design concepts.
+ Experience with modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native applications on both public and private cloud platforms.
+ Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
+ Extensive experience with designing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, AWS Kinesis etc.
+ Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
+ Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication for business stakeholders, developers, technology teams, cross-product architects, and influence senior executives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
+ Experience in the Banking Domain.
+ Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
+ Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
+ Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its principles for building secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure.
+ Experience with Artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.
+ Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
