What You Will Do** **:

+ Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications. Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.

+ Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.

+ Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.

+ Develop business rules, workflows, scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow Designer

+ Build integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications

+ Provide technical documentation including specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles

+ Conduct code reviews and promote ServiceNow development best practices

+ Stays current with ServiceNow advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date

What You Will Need:

+ Bachelor's and 4+ years of equivalent experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree

+ Experience in ServiceNow Modules ITSM/HRSD/SPM and tools UI builder/Workflow studio

+ Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integrations

+ Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

+ Degree in Computer Science, or related field

+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels

+ Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility

+ Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands

+ Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
