You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

Your responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production according to quality and safety standards

+ Inspect finished products and packaging materials for defects

+ Set up, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on packaging equipment

+ Accurately document production data

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with GMP and safety regulations

+ Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues

+ Other duties as assigned

The experience we're looking for

+ HS Diploma or GED required

+ Previous experience in manufacturing/production strongly preferred, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued

+ An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols

+ Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights

+ A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results

US salary ranges

USD 21.75/hr

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
