Main Ingredients of the Job
+ Safely and accurately select customer orders.
+ Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
+ Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
+ Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
+ Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
+ Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
+ Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
Schedule
+ **Start Time:** 4:30 PM
+ **Work Days:** Sunday – Thursday
+ **Days Off:** Friday and Saturday
Physical Requirements
+ Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
+ Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.
What You Bring to the Table
+ Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
+ Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
+ Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse).
+ Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
The** **training base rate** **for this role is** **$23.00 per hour** **, and after training, associates will be paid** **incentive-based component pay** **determined by productivity metrics such as** **cases scanned per hour** **.
