    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Solar Electricians** for projects located in and around **Rogers, AR** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of **$28-30/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are a Solar Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Mount, secure, & align solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, ensuring all components are installed per manufacturer specifications and local codes

    + Run conduit & pull wire

    + Complete all DC & AC wiring connections for solar panel systems, in compliance with safety & electrical standards

    + Inspect, test, & verify system performance to ensure proper functionality and efficiency before project completion

    + Operate hand & power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, drilling, & fastening solar components

    + Follow all job site safety procedures, including the use of PPE & fall protection equipment

    + Maintain a clean & organized work area

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + OSHA 10

    + Background Check

    + Drug Screen
