Production Packer – Contract to Hire

**Location:** New Albany, IN

**Work Environment:** GMP production facility (requires hair nets, beard nets, and adherence to safety standards)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Load, unload, and palletize finished goods

+ Move materials to storage areas or pallets

+ Assist with packing and staging for shipment

+ Collaborate with production staff for efficient operations

+ Down stack and wrap orders for shipment

Essential Skills:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, and maneuver packages

+ Basic math and inventory skills

+ Attention to detail and safety

+ Strong communication and teamwork

Additional Qualifications:

+ Experience with packaging, packing, and palletizing

+ Familiarity with production and assembly processes

+ Proficient in using a pallet jack

+ General labor experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.90/hr.
