    Job Title: Warehouse Shipping and Receiving: 19-20/hr

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will be responsible for order picking lightweight medical cleaning supplies, including brushes, gloves, and various other products weighing around 35lbs. You'll ensure the efficient handling of orders, maintaining a pace of picking 220-230 lines per day.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload trucks.

    + Pick and package orders using an RF Scan Gun.

    + Process shipments through FedEx.

    + Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.

    + Operate walk-behind forklifts and a wave.

    + Engage in packaging tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of warehouse experience in order picking or retail experience in order fulfillment.

    + 3-6 months of experience using a Scan Gun.

    + Basic computer skills including navigation, email, internet, and Microsoft Word/Excel.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, walking 10K+ steps a day and picking 250 lines a day.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with any type of scan gun or retail experience.

    + Preference for candidates with picking/packing experience.

    + International shipping experience is a plus and will receive higher rates.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean and organized warehouse facility with a laid-back culture. When it's time to work, the team gets things done. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for picking, or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm for ship lanes, rotating every two weeks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
