Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, ensuring smooth operations in our facility.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance on plant equipment including grinders, kilns, and mixers.

+ Troubleshoot electrical issues with high voltage systems, with a minimum requirement of 480V.

+ Repair water lines and pipes with basic knowledge of underground and overhead plumbing.

+ Execute basic welding and fabrication tasks such as repairing tanks, spot welding, and fixing pipes.

+ Apply mechanical knowledge to maintain motors, gears, and hydraulic systems.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a maintenance technician with multi-craft maintenance expertise in electrical and facilities.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting high voltage electrical systems.

+ Basic plumbing skills for underground and overhead repairs.

+ Experience in welding and fabrication.

+ Mechanical knowledge of motors, gears, and hydraulics.

+ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and engaging environment equipped with ready-mix equipment and high-voltage electrical systems. The role involves physical activity and requires adherence to safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
