Job Summary
This position provides administrative support to the operations within the Inspection department. Duties include general clerical, scheduling, and inventory responsibilities. It is important to display a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Review open tickets monthly for efficiency; assign jobs based on travel areas and workload, re-assign inspectors to other branches as needed.
+ Push upsell opportunities.
+ Be proactive on retention.
+ Examine monthly and quarterly inspector results.
+ Monitor training of new Inspectors and Inspector Trainees.
+ Manage monthly Inspection work ticket loads for the Southern Region.
+ Perform monthly accruals.
+ Work with administrative assistant/service coordinator of West Virginia Branch on work tickets and quotes.
+ Assist in scheduling inspections when needed.
+ Manage larger scale accounts for multiple branches
+ Enters all new job masters and new accounts into CRM
+ Collects all Columbus inspectors time and submits to payroll
+ Generates Purchase orders
+ Order material/equipment for branches within the Southern Region
Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED is required.
+ 3-5 years of administrative experience is required.
+ Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
+ Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, and particularly Excel) is required.
+ Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.
+ Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required.
+ Demonstrating integrity and professionalism is required.
+ Demonstrating commitment to company values is required.
+ Excellent organizational skills are required.
+ Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required.
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
+ Ability to prioritize in a fast paced multi-task environment is required.
+ Ability to perform basic business mathematical functions is required.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.
+ Complying with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs is required.
