Job Summary
The University Counseling Center ( UCC ) at the University of Utah welcomes applications for the full-time benefited position of Administrative/Office Services Management Supervisor. This position directs, manages and supervises administrative office services within the UCC . This includes supervision of the front desk, coordinating office services and providing administrative support to the Executive Director. The UCC is the primary student mental health agency and provides services for students with mental health concerns that include depression, anxiety and coping with distress related to traumatic events. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and an ability to communicate with distressed students in a calm and reassuring manner.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
1. Front Desk operations – Oversee the UCC reception area including leading and supervising front desk specialists. Implement procedures and policies in coordination with the UCC Executive Director and Director for Clinical Services. Lead staff and delegate office duties which may include meeting planning and various back office functions.
2. Billing – Responsible for client billing, including processing payments and notifying clients of balances due.
3. Internal Referrals – Coordinate internal referrals for Psychiatric and Psychological assessment services within the UCC .
4. Financial – Work closely with the Executive Director in managing accounting, payroll, budget, facilities, supply management and contracts with office vendors. Process employee reimbursements and track time off requests.
5. Administrative – Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments. When appropriate, assist with management decisions and activities.

Minimum Qualifications
