    A Day in the Life:

     

    The Global Card Company Correspondent serves as the main contact for daily credit card company interactions about customer billings. This role is responsible for researching and responding to chargebacks within contractual deadlines, which helps prevent financial losses. The preferred candidate will be detail-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.

     

    The starting hourly wage is $17.26.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Respond to copy / inquiry requests: provide rental copies within contractual time limit to chargebacks.

    + Perform research and support for chargeback questions to avoid losses.

    + Ensure accurate accounting/coding to reduce future loss. Downloading chargeback counts ensuring chargebacks are worked.

    + Work monthly aging on receivables for the chargebacks to clear to collections areas.

    + Ensure downloads and databases are run and processed daily, as well as other team needs.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Previous customer service experience

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written exercise given)

    + Alphanumeric data entry skills

    + Excellent Phone Skills

    + Strong computer/software skills

    + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
