Kelly® is seeking a Material Handler to work at a premier life sciences facility in Carlsbad, CA.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

• Providing shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment

• Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and processing items for storage or shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Receiving materials and finished goods daily

• Working in a warehouse environment with room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role

• Can operate powered industrial trucks at various heights

• Have basic computer skills including navigating ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software

• Are comfortable with repetitive work, lifting up to 25lbs continuously and up to 50lbs occasionally

• Are flexible to work varying schedules, shifts, and overtime as needed

• Can work in environments with moderate to high noise levels and handle packaged hazardous materials as needed

• Experience in logistics with a life science company is preferred
