**What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician?** You’ll be:

• Troubleshooting and **repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues** on production equipment and machinery.

• Following established maintenance schedules and performing preventive maintenance tasks.

• Fabricating and welding components as required, and managing spare parts and supplies for MRO.

• Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Assisting senior maintenance technicians and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED with **technical training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field.**

• Bring at least **2 years of experience** in industrial maintenance.

• Possess expertise in **PLC programming and troubleshooting** , strong electrical skills, and mechanical, welding, and fabrication knowledge.

• Are knowledgeable in MRO and able to read technical drawings and schematics.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can work independently or as part of a team.

• Can meet essential physical requirements, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, repetitive movements, lifting to 40 pounds, and working in temperature extremes or noisy environments.

• Are committed to safety and able to utilize all required PPE (steel-toed shoes, eye and hearing protection, long-sleeved shirt and pants).
