    The Opportunity

     

    The Technical Writer position, reporting to Associate Creative Director of Creative Operations, should be a detail-oriented individual who can translate complex health care concepts into clear, engaging, and compliant content for internal and external audiences. This role will collaborate with designers, strategists, Brand Managers, and subject matter experts to create content that informs, inspires, and aligns with brand standards.

    What You’ll Work On

    + Content Development **:** Write, edit, and proofread technical health care content for digital and print channels (websites, intranet, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral).

    + Research & Accuracy **:** Ensure all content is factually accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with health care regulations and organizational guidelines.

    + Simplification **:** Translate complex medical and technical information into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.

    + Collaboration **:** Work closely with creative teams, clinical experts, and leadership to develop messaging that meets strategic objectives.

    + Brand & Tone **:** Maintain consistency with brand voice and tone across all materials.

    + Compliance **:** Adhere to HIPAA, FDA, and other regulatory standards as required.

    + Project Management **:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Required Qualifications

    + Education **:** Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Health Care Administration, or related field.

    + 5+ years of writing experience in health care, medical, or technical fields.

    + Familiarity with health care terminology, compliance standards, and patient-centered communication.

    + Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    + Ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.

     

    The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
