This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ). Your summer will be focused in Production Control within our Manufacturing Operations organization. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

What You Will Do

+ Gain hands-on experience with real Operations and Materials Management tools and processes

+ Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship

+ Support the scheduling, planning and material flow to the factory

+ Support initiatives to improve the processes of the OSCQ organization

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a closely related field by Summer 2025

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

+ 3.0 cumulative GPA desired

+ Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

+ Location: McKinney, TX

+ Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
