Shift:

+ Day Shift: 6am-6pm 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends

+ Night Shift 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.

Pay:

Newly Updated Pay - Associates start at $23.50 as an hourly rate. Importantly associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones.

We're excited to roll out this new growth-based pay program, and most associates can expect to see this increase between 3–6 months, depending on progress. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills — and your paycheck — early in your journey with us

What will you get to do?

+ **Measure and Mix** with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.

+ **Operating Equipment:** Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.

+ **Championing Safety and Quality:** You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices **.**

+ **Managing Materials:** Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.

+ **Working as a Team:** Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.

Experience that you need to succeed

+ Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.

+ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

+ Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.

+ Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.

+ Forklift certification (preferred).

+ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).

+ Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.

+ Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.

+ Ability to read, speak and write English.
