Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assumes leadership role for Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM) audits.
+ Assumes leadership role for Cyber Operations Rapid Assessment (CORA) audits, focusing on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and network security.
+ Ensures that all KPI’s and performance requirements mandated in the PWS are fully met in terms of schedule, timeliness, and completeness and that deliverables adhere to Customer requirements.
+ Responsible for the control of its quality to ensure delivery of quality services to the Customer IAW the terms and conditions and the applicable inspection clauses.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control System that includes a written QCP. The QCP shall implement standardized procedures/methodology for monitoring and documenting task order performance to ensure all task order requirements are met.
+ Identify potential problem areas and evolve over the life of the task order.
+ Develop a systematic approach to monitor operations to ensure acceptable services are provided to the Customer.
+ Address continuous process improvement; procedures for scheduling, conducting, and documenting inspection; discrepancy identification and correction; corrective action procedures, to include procedures for addressing Customer discovered nonconformances; procedures for root cause analysis to identify the root cause and root cause corrective action to prevent recurrence of discrepancies; procedures for trend analysis; and procedures for collecting and addressing customer feedback/complaints.
+ Provide QC documentation to the Customer upon request.
+ Provide the customer with an electronic copy of the comprehensive QCP in Microsoft Word format or Portable Document Format (PDF).
+ After customer acceptance of the QCP, incorporate any customer proposed changes to the QCP.
+ Take correction action to any TekSynap or customer identified deficiency.
+ Address any nonconformance, as defined in FAR 46.101, are Level 1 (Minor), Level 2 (Major), and Level 3 (Critical).
+ Provide a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) in response to any Non-Conformance Report (NCR) within 10 business days of receipt. The CAP shall include:
+ Actions planned or taken to correct the specific nonconformance.
+ Root cause analysis of the nonconformance.
+ Corrective action planned or taken to eliminate the root cause(s) and prevent recurrence of the nonconformance, to include addressing people, process, and/or tools as necessary.
+ Determination of whether other processes/products/services/work are affected by the root cause(s), including product/service/work already delivered to the Customer.
+ Corrective action milestones and target date(s) for implementation.
+ Determination of whether other processes/products/services/work are affected by the root cause(s), including product/service/work already delivered to the Customer.

+ Responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
+ Documents and works to resolve all complex problems.
+ Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
+ Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
+ Acts as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts.
+ Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Experience:
+ Twelve (12) years of experience
+ Certifications:
+ Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) Foundation, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, OR Master
+ Help Desk Institute (HDI)
+ Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
+ Clearance:
+ Must possess a final Top Secret
+ Skills:
+ **Formal Audit Leadership:** Proven ability to lead organizations through ESM, CCRI, and/or CORA audits
+ **Quality Assurance and Control:** Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, methods, and tools.
+ **Risk Management:** Understanding of risk management processes and how to apply them to ensure the quality of cybersecurity processes and products.
+ **Process Improvement:** Skills in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
+ **Communication:** Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality standards and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues.
+ **Attention to Detail:** Keen attention to detail to ensure all aspects of a project meet the required quality standards.
+ **Project Management:** Knowledge of project management principles to oversee quality assurance activities within projects.
