    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs to minimize downtime

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with inventory tracking

    + Operate equipment to support plant operations

    + Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized worksite

    What Are We Looking For

    + Mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment

    + Familiarity with tools, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication techniques

    + Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Commitment to working safely in a team-oriented environment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
