Primary Purpose
The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) – Sales & Marketing serves as a strategic and hands-on technology partner to Sales and Marketing leadership. This role bridges business goals and IT capabilities, enabling digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Salesforce Sales and Marketing platforms with strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION
Essential Functions
+ Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary IT liaison for Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and revenue goals. Act as the trusted technical advisor and single point of contact for Sales & Marketing leaders
+ Understand Sales & Marketing strategies, processes, and challenges to proactively identify technology solutions that drive business value
+ Salesforce Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, AgentForce, and Marketing Automation solutions.
+ Solution Delivery: Lead technology roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with business leaders, product owners, and solution architects.
+ Sales Incentive Systems: Manage and optimize sales incentive and SPIFF systems (e.g., Xactly), ensuring accurate alignment with compensation plans and sales performance metrics.
+ Digital Marketing Enablement: Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and SEO platforms to support targeted campaigns and improve conversion analytics.
+ Data & Insights: Partner with marketing teams to enhance ROI measurement, campaign attribution, and customer engagement analytics.
+ Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement across lead-to-cash, quoting, and marketing workflows to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.
+ Innovation & Automation: Identify and deliver automation, data quality, and analytics opportunities that unlock system-driven insights and productivity.

in IT business partnership or enterprise applications management supporting Sales and Marketing.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
+ Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, and AgentForce.
+ Experience is process mapping building Process flow Diagrams.
+ Experience with sales incentive management platforms such as Xactly.
+ Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies, SEO, and campaign ROI analysis.
+ Familiarity with lead-to-cash processes, CRM data management, and cross-platform integration.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience supporting route-based or rental services preferred.
+ Experience with AI-driven marketing analytics, route optimization, or predictive sales insights.
+ Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and web analytics dashboards.

Salary Range
$105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year
Pay Transparency Statement
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
