NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Program Manager** to join our team in **remote in the USA.**
The Engagement Program Manager plays a critical role in connecting business stakeholders with the Data Organization. This role ensures the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex data-related programs that require cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and communication skills to translate business needs into actionable use cases and drive execution.
This engagement manager is responsible for Clinical Data Use cases that will partner with our Clinical Data Product Leader
Role Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the Data Organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the use case lifecycle.
• Partner with business units to identify, define, and document data-related use case requirements in collaboration with the Product team.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with product managers and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio view of data use cases, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with stakeholders and leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor and track progress of use case delivery; provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of interdependencies.
• Support continuous improvement of engagement, planning, intake, and delivery processes.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to assess risks, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Lead effective communication and facilitation across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Required Skills/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business engagement, business analysis, project/program management, or a related role.
• 1 + year of healthcare industry experience required
Preferences
• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, including data lifecycle and use case delivery.
• Proven experience in relationship management, requirements translation, portfolio planning, project tracking, and coordination.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with portfolio management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($77.00 - $81.00/hourly)** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
