DDC’s PAC Services team is known as the most experienced and trusted partner in Political Action Committee (PAC) compliance. We manage complex corporate and association PACs with the accuracy, discipline, and oversight our clients count on.
We’re hiring a **Compliance Manager** to support a portfolio of PAC clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is passionate about building strong client relationships. As the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your portfolio, you will embody DDC’s commitment to precision and client service, setting the standard for the industry. You’ll advise on federal and state campaign finance rules, prepare and file required reports, and help uphold the level of precision and organization that define DDC’s work.

Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a partner and PAC administrator for clients
+ Research and advise clients on federal and state campaign finance rules, registration, reporting and contribution requirements
+ Prepare, review and file federal and state campaign finance reports
+ Review monthly bank statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
+ Prepare contribution checks for clients
+ Serve as liaison between client and federal and state reporting agencies
+ Work in a consultative role directly with clients answering PAC inquiries
+ Collaborate with internal DDC teams -- including technical support and strategic communications – to deliver seamless, high-value support and solutions
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience providing FEC and state-level compliance support
+ Experience managing clients in an agency environment strongly preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Proficient in compliance software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proven ability to interface directly with all levels of management and develop positive, cross-functional working relationships
+ High motivation, integrity, and a commitment to compliance excellence
Salary & Benefits:
+ **Salary Range:** $87,500 - $90,000
