    **St. Anthony’s Hospital** is seeking a skilled and compassionate **Occupational Therapist** to join our acute care team on a Pool/PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in an inpatient hospital setting.

    Acute Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and safety.

    + Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for patients in acute care, including those with complex medical conditions.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    + Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and discharge planning.

    + Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

    + Maintain flexibility to respond to urgent consults and varying patient needs across units.

    Requirements:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + OT (Occupational Therapy)

    + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy
