The Impact You'll Make
As our new **Supply Chain Specialist** , you will ensure seamless material flow and storeroom accuracy to support 100% on-time delivery. Your work will keep production running smoothly and minimize downtime
The **Supply Chain team** , as part of the Maintenance Department, is responsible for ensuring coordination of material availability and operational efficiency to in conjunction with our MSC contract. We enable maintenance reliability and production continuity, aligning with Danfoss’ commitment to innovation and sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage storeroom operations in Maximo to maintain 98% inventory accuracy.
+ Process urgent purchase orders and track vendor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
+ Generate downtime reports and Pareto charts to drive continuous improvement.
+ Issuing and receiving parts to support maintenance and production teams.
+ Updating preventive maintenance schedules and closing work orders in Maximo.
+ Collaborating with technicians and buyers to resolve material flow challenges quickly
+ Maintain storeroom accuracy at 98% or higher
+ Ensure 100% on-time delivery of materials for production
+ Reduce downtime through timely reporting and proactive parts management
+ Maintenance technicians, production teams, and buyers
+ External suppliers to expedite urgent orders and ensure OTIF compliance
What We're Looking For
+ One (1) to two (2) years inventory or storeroom experience.
+ Proficiency in Excel and Maximo.
+ Knowledge of MRO parts and strong communication skills in English.
