The Impact You'll Make

As our new** **Maintenance Technician II** **, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RMF (Rubber Mandrel Forming) equipment, ensuring production runs smoothly and downtime is minimized.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

+ **Execute preventive maintenance in Maximo on mandrels, forming heads, and extruders**

+ **Fabricate and install piping and safety guards**

+ **Diagnose and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues within 2 hours**

+ **Support Lockout/Tagout and 5S initiatives**

+ **Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting equipment**

+ **Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime**

+ **Maintaining accurate records in Maximo**

+ **Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time**

+ **Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn**

+ **Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment**

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

+ **Three (3) or more years factory maintenance experience or trade school training**

+ **Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams**

+ **Comfort using PPE and lifting up to 50 pounds**

+ **Eagerness to learn Maximo**
