Industrial Motion Control is looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the heart of our continuous improvement culture. You'll have the autonomy to troubleshoot complex challenges and a driven team to help you succeed. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and operate daily out of the Searcy, AR facility. Relocation support is available. Support for work authorization cannot be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ You will design, develop, and implement new manufacturing methods that directly improve our quality, boost efficiency, and create a better work environment for your colleagues.
+ You will guide our Continuous Improvement Teams, empowering them to find creative solutions and fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
+ You will dive deep into our production processes to analyze challenges, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions that prevent defects before they happen.
+ You will partner with our design teams to share your valuable manufacturing insights, helping us create products that are both brilliant and buildable.
+ You will use your analytical skills to build compelling cases for new tools, technologies, and capital investments that will keep us on the cutting edge. And you will take ownership of key projects from start to finish, managing changes and growth initiatives that will shape the future of our facility.
What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution
+ Possess a minimum of three (3) years of impactful manufacturing engineering experience
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with key areas in the business
+ Experience developing and executing effective manufacturing solutions
+ Experience with PLC programing, electronic test equipment or Microsoft Project is preferred
