    Description

    Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The position will float to various rehab clinics in Century City, Burbank and Olympic.

     

    More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title

     

    Position may convert to career.

     

    Per Diem Salary Range: 67.25-84.07 Hourly

    Qualifications

    + Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification.

    + More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title

    + Ability to travel to different rehab clinics as needed
