Our client, a leader in the environmental services industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of the Finance department supporting critical project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and advanced Excel proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Onsite – 4 days per week in Bannockburn
Pay Range:
45-50/hour (negotiable, let's talk)
What’s the Job?
+ Validate and update lease data for approximately 4,200 leases, ensuring accuracy across multiple tabs.
+ Perform reconciliations between SAP and Oracle systems, resolving discrepancies.
+ Support Coupa data conversion prior to system access ending
+ Organize and manage large datasets for multiple projects
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project accounting deliverables.
What’s Needed?
+ Strong experience in reconciliations and general accounting principles.
+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, handling large datasets).
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage complex data accurately.
+ Knowledge of fixed assets and project accounting (preferred).
+ Familiarity with SAP (nice to have, not required).
