    Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a **CNC Machine Operator** to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator

    **Location:** Garfield, MN

    **Pay Range:** $18/hour

    **Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 6 PM-2:30 AM or 6 PM to 6 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Learn to operate extruder and set up CNC machines for various tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling

    + Ensure CNC machines operate in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards

    + Oversee machine operations during production runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal results

    + Perform daily machinery checks to guarantee functionality and safety

    + Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs to ensure traceability and quality control

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic understanding of CNC machine operations or willingness to learn

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Ability to follow safety protocols and company guidelines

    + Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
